i bought iridium plugs two years back and never had to change them

ic. Gonna send my car for alignment soon. Ohya. Kenari front speaker at door there is wad size? 6'? Plan to upgrade my speakers.  And also change alarm system. Money gonna fly away again 

i did everything.. alignment and balancing...
all together is rm50
but i duno just alignment price..
coz i din only do for alignment..
once fix.. sure all..

ok here it is guys. i have new problem T_T.

this morning went for a regular service at perodua and the mechanic found somekind of MINOR leaking. he said to keep an eye on the 'minyak hitam' once a while. it isnt really that much a problem he said. the cost to repair it will be around RM500. i dont know what is the problem really coz aunt sent it while i took her car to college (she's on her day off).

so, what is probably causing this?

Kenari BOT on Kits 140hp

difference between aero and non-aero is the bodykit, interior trim and meter cluster color. that's all if i not mistaken. body color which available is solid white, solid red and metallic black, silver and metallic red only come in around mid of 2006.
140bhp in ej-ve should involve with engine modification as well, so i don't think this counted as BOT. item needed should be engine management system, low comm. piston, metal gasket, port n polish, engine blue print & balancing?, list goes on~
that's a forced induction setup for kenari aka turbo where a lot of people say.
my team's myvi got his real BOT without touching the engine cost him more then rm3k.

and the major service seems to be a bit expensive, u sent into perodua SC?

Soon I might not have to take care of customers from Japan so no need to use such a high petrol consumption car for my family. Just 4 person in my family.

whr can fix aircond for kenari.. mine seems only the front stuck.. for the bottom leg there is fine.. only the front side.. all stuck.. no air cond..

once again, thanks! i needed to hear that the kenari is really fuel efficient which it should be of course as a 1.0 and also judging from it's size. yes, i also like the height. i's like a small relaxing dining room inside the car.

how does the kenari perform when it comes to hill climbing - eg genting highlands or cameron? i: happy to also know that the different models have same engines and therefore not much different except the external cosmetics. this means i can go for the colour i like. sometimes, it can happen that the colour i like is an older model.

You mean even when engage lower gears - 2nd gear, it is hard to climb hills like Genting Highlands?

For my unser, I usually have to engage 2nd gear and at some places 1st gear when i go up to genting. Even then, many cars overtake me but as a patient driver, i don't mind as long as I climb up that hill at my own reasonable pace.

Going up genting is just simple task for kenari. Lower gear used was 2nd, with 2 persons.
Kenari has weak rear springs. I think there's some mod available. Ori spring is too soft to carry 2 passenger behind.

Hey guys! Perodua Kenari new user here! Just bought one 2003 red Aero today! Weeeee... It looks a bit plain to me. Any recommendation on what should I mod first? Hehe.

by the way, how is the kenari air cond? Some people say that it is not cold enough, is that true? if that is true, what is the best way to make it better?

Don't worry, it's a choice u won't regret. At least I don't. The more I drove her, the more I love her....especially the FC wise. So much I love my car, some time I can't sleep at night, I went to wash her...lol.

Changing gear oil is cheap, doing it every 20k km is alright. Small gear box doesn't require much oil anyway. Hehe.

with my old b16a gearbox (which had LSD) i used to change every 10k km....whether the oil is clean or not...i still change. always kena scolding from my mechanic

didnt even use those LSD oil....

just used those tong drum oil and it was working perfectly.
but generally....20k km is a good time to change
