Dear forum-ers,
I am offered RM115,000 for a 3rd floor 2R1B PKNS Medium cost apartment in Kelana Jaya. About 600 sq ft. It's located behind Giant. It seems that the rental there can fetch RM700 min. per month. Is the place Freehold/leasehold. Is it a good deal? Please comment on that area. Thanks |

Do u have more details of that area? Is mainly stayed by what sort of ppl? Safe? |

I'm still checking out the place by asking on the rental rate of the walk-up apartments. Been there, very convenient as the bus stop is just in front of the area. Quiet & cooling too.
