expernsive considering its at least 15 years old and technically a flat.
Majority of occupants should be Malay families, so its should be OK security-wise. But must say I like the location, its super-convenient. Nearby a lot of eateries, Giant, park and LRT. |

top up +-50k more and get kelana Puteri. At least thats a condo, 1050 3r/2b and rental from min 900 to 1.3k, circa 9%.
