i dont think it count by the market price

it should be count by the par value of the share, in this case, RHBcap par value is RM1.00

1.00 x 8.6% = 8.6 sen (RM86)

RM86 - 26% = RM63.64

so every 1000 shares you will get RM63.64.

correct me if i am wrong.

Well, to be frank. I'm really just a new bird around. It's not even one month I have this trading account.
I have to admit I have not done much homework around.

The reason why I bought it. I felt that both these stocks are at some what quite a bottom price. And i've viewed their historical chart. Maybe it'll rise but I do not expect it to be rise soon because I'm thinking going slow and steady. Maybe like after a few months or year. Another thing is it's a technology company. Nowadays, I can see that the world is rolling out with wireless technological stuffs. and Palette just got their contract from TM to roll out wimax. hmmm.... Pardon me for my bad English.

pana...not advisable to enter now cause...i think someone is mass buying it at 6.2 to retain it at that price....GENTING is currently having a very bad debt problem because they are expanding worldwide. Unless u want to hold long term, i believe it can shoot up when its ventures start to gain them good profit

If at the time of keying,there's already 1000 in front ,you should be 1001 unless someone else key in at the same time as you and his order goes in first.
