Azim Raya sells down Equine stake
KUALA LUMPUR: Azim Raya Sdn Bhd has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Equine Capital Bhd after it disposed of 15.75 million shares or 8.18% stake on April 21.

Stock market data showed Azim Raya sold the shares for RM10mil or an average price or 63.5 sen in an off-market deal on that day. The share price closed at 79.5 sen on that day.

The property-based Equine’s share price hit a 52-week high of RM5 on June 25, 2007 and its 52-week low was 65 sen to March 11 this year.

At the current share price of 77 sen, the stock is trading at an estimated price-to-earnings of 21.39 times.

they sell at whatever price it shows when time is up.

on the force selling day u can still choose to dump at the of ur choice which means if u see buyer at a certain price, u just ask ur remisier to give to the buyer.. u wont kena blacklist or kena account close or kena pukul with baseball bat or watsoever...

During the super bull run, force sell price could be much higher than T+3, people let it force sell.
