4 type fresh in a SET per meal as below with the balance amount don't side to any kind of them:
green leaf vege, non green leaf vege. sweet fruit. non sweet fruit. make 2 -3 difference SETS per week. then u will see what u have. this size is less than 2 mths old.       the biggest bear from my hand..   This post has been edited by nezumitaro: May 30 2008, 01:22 AM |
