Wet tail disease seems to be very common for hamsters. Just bring ur hammies to see vet for a chance on curing it.

If u bring to see vet also not much hope i think. He/she will just only tell u that ur hamster is dirty. That's all he/she comment on. "Maybe" he/she will provide some alternative.

No need to steam b4 letting them eat.


Ur new hammy seems more likely to be a RC rather than WW. Mottled WW doesnt exist unless it is hybrid. From ur pic it's mottled.

Prestige mix habritraill or Harry Hamster mix habritrail should be enough. Pet Safari just stock in 300g prestige and dont have Harry Hamster. I think u head to PetShack or Petlovers to have a look for the foods supply is better.

Btw u r very wrg, their monkey and snake are not for sell. They do sell hamsters but why this so called "pet shop" dun have dogs, cats, SG, grooming service, vet , and etc?

Selling hamsters just some other alternative/addition income for the shop. This "pet shop" into aquarium and fishes more. Did u enter this "pet shop" before? 80% of the shop fill with aquarium and fishes.

Wang wang Aquarium shop more worst. Rcs hamsters all damm dirty. For instance, the albino; albino supposedly to be white in colour, and now they are all in yellowish colour. WWs about 50-70 live together in a tank similar to the size of 1.5ft tank(or smaller). Their syrians in about 3-4 mths old all put together in a tank. All the hamsters there looks like wanna die soon.

They might carry diarrhea.

Put outside is more ideal.
