evoHahn, i noticed u have 2 copies GT3 A-spec. What version is the red-colored art cover one?
That is most likely the JP version of GT3 A-Spec, I have the *** one with the same cover design.
BTW, is there such thing as RF (Rear Engine, Front wheel drive lol) car ?
Ya, i was wondering about it too... hmm, how bout the old-school VW Beetle? It has a rear engine, right. But the drivetrain is Front wheel or Rear wheel drive?

my throttle is analog stick de... mmg weird, but lama2 can get used to it lor..
but frankly,....till today i still cant get used to it XD taking corners usually i will waste the miliseconds coz instead of we maintain a good pedal pressure to maintain the RPM.. instead we pump2 throttle up and down...=.= hahahah...so over-rev like shit lor >.< p/s : 1 thing i noticed with this settings...is very hard to drift -.-
I used the right analog stick to accelerate and brake in GT4. But in GT5P i used the R2 trigger to accelerate, and L2 trigger to brake. Circle button to shift up, and Square button to shift down. For me, it's an all-round good control setup for both drifting and racing. You can give it a try, bro.
Ya, i started to like the combo when i tried those racing games on 360. Those 360 triggers have slightly better shape & grip. Configuring the same setup on the Sixaxis is ok, but the drawback is your fingers will feel a bit 'lenguh' if pressing and holding the triggers for too long. Well, thats just based on my usage. I don't know about others.
evoHahn, you mean, for that partucular race, its multiplayer is not region lock? So i think it could only mean that PD could be implementing global races in future. Sounds yummy. I'll go check it out, but sadly i haven't bought my US prologue yet.
Yeah, me too. I have to download back all updates Spec I, II after changing my PS3. Still don't have the time to do so.
Bro Ninja, so does this mean that for someone who has bought a new GT5P (JPN), the person will have to download all 3 previous updates (one at a time), or just 1 'combined' update (all the 3 updates combined into 1 file)?

the hell...where is GT5!
bored of the prologue already..
Bro, cepatnya dah boring. Sell me your US prologue.
What i hate most is that, the host spinned off, then he left the race and everyone gets disconnected. The Japanese racers... if spin off, they will continue race. And try to overtake as many as they can.
Aish...
That is what we call, the Japanese fighting spirit!
Anyone know when is "the ring" will be added? I thought the map was included in Spec II.
I think at the moment, nobody knows for sure. Polyphony Digital (PD) hasn't made any official announcement. In the previous Spec II update, the only track that was added is the High Speed Ring. The Nurburgring track was only featured in the 'special edition' of GT5P which is on display at the 24-hour endurance race of the Nurburgring Nordschleife:
I want damage and private races too, however i don't mind region-free multiplayer. But if PD were to release damage and private rooms together with the 'Ring' in the upcoming patch, then it will be a bonus for us too, isn't it.
Wow, bad ass cockpit. Siap ada dashboard lagi tu. Anyway, what game is that? It has to be a PC racing simulation game, coz the last time i remember, Forza 2 doesn't support the G25.
@fansoption: I think the Asian version of GT5P is usually the last one to be updated by Polyphony Digital. Previously, i think the Asian version was also the last one to get the update from Spec I to Spec II. You'll have to be a bit patient for the update to come. Despite all that, GT5P is still a great racing game..... It's the main reason why i bought the PS3.
Aaron, that looks like DAMAGE!!! I'm excited already! Hope it's not photoshopped though.
when u enter a time trial; b4 the screen which they show u the ranking; do u get a black screen n music only n no visual?
i've been getting it quite abit.
Err.. so far i have yet to encounter those issues. But, i will check again to see.
Friends, something to share with all of you GT fans here. A forumer from GTplanet forums got the chance for an interesting interview regarding GT5P and GT5 with Kazunori Yamauchi in Japan:
How old is he now? I'm not a big fan, but the last time I can remember was he driving for the Jordan Mugen Honda F1 Team in the late 90's. Or is that another person?
