JEM JR...how to see whether izit a fake one?
i was offered a red color one with infinity pups

which guitar 2 get yea? one of them is from a lowyat forumer and the other from a shop

i would like to compare between the

a)tone, i prefer with more gain and not so much of buzzing sound, its best if the sound is similiar to epiphone les paul special

b)neck, the slimmer the better,and low action, easier 2 play arnd, more flexible

c)whats the brand new price for both of this guitar?

Don't expect any of the two guitars to sound like an Epiphone Les Paul.

Honestly, I have not played any of the two guitars before. So you may choose to believe me, or not.

The lower end (not the famous) dean guitars are quite notorious for their "Mahogany name-but-sound-very-thin" kind of "tone" . Read about alot of ppl complaining about it.. Do a google/review about the guitar u plan to buy.

As for the J&D .. Heheh. Solid Wood..


As for the neck, I don't know which one slimmer. Either u find reliable reviews, or test out urself.. No choice. The action all can be adjusted later.

But I wouldn't go for any of these guitars if I were you, since you nak Epiphone Les Paul or almost same punya tone.

i dunno whether izit a real one or fake 1

how 2 spot it?

it is a red in color, using a INFINITY pups, pickguard is shell like surface

dun have pics

any1 seen such JEM or guides of JEM or share all u know bout JEM

go to ibanez website and view it urself.. i think u can google the pics easily if u type jem jr...

Best bet is to take pics of that JEM JR your friend is selling, post it here and ask people to comment here on the originality..

Or post in the Ibanez forums or something, i think they have one big forum. If no one can answer u here.. Sorry can't help, not much a JEM fan.
