You shouldn't compare 32" and 40". So my answer is Panasonic 37" 37LX800MK. For me 32" is too small unless you are used to watching 21"CTV before.

Take your viewing distance and screen size into consideration to make sure the full HD is really worth buying. The 2 models are in different classes, just look at the price. Buying the sammy means double the money. But then if 70% of your time, you watch blu-ray and play PS3 from 4 feet distance, go on. Or why not go for 46" sammy, I think the difference is more significant at this size.
