Is is true that Xbox 360 breaks down so easily? I heard many 360s have fallen victims to 3ROD. I am buying a new console this weekend but am not sure whether to buy the PS3 or the Xbox 360. I won't buy a 360 if it's true.

is easy to decide..
pick your favourite one!

xbox360 has a falcon chip in it and the lifespan of it is prolonged.
so no worries as long as you have a table fan and you open the topping case then it won't be a problem.

mine is like 5 months d.

the falcon chip was manufactured late last year.

if you have money to spend on ori games then go for ps3.
no problems and troubleshooting.Rarely have lens problems bro.

xbox360 can play copy games for modded ones..

hope you have the right one =D

good luck!

i have two 360s up to now.

first one was a premium edition. had it more than 1 year before i sold it to a fren to upgrade to an elite. played constantly on it and sometimes its even left turned on overnight. zero issues. it's still in working condition with the new owner. new owner had it turned on for 1 week straight without any problems.

my elite is about 5 to 6 months old and again, no issues so far.

conclusion? the old batch of 360s had problems but its really your luck if you got a bad unit. now the new 360s are much better. you shouldnt have any problems with the new 360s now.

I heard the falcon chip makes it last longer but not sure how long. The 360 games are also way cheaper which is a great money saver (pirated ones). One more night left for me to decide.

pirated games are for noobs. if you want to really enjoy what the 360 is about, go ori and go online (for multiplayer games).

errr I have disagree what you said..
pirated are for noobs? what do you mean?
you said if you want to really enjoy 360
no diff between ori and pirated ones..is just the price and copy read.
if you mod the console .yes.you can't go for live.
Of course...TRY NOT TO BUY PIRATED ONES PPL if you don't have money to buy Original ones you can't play the next gen console unless you mod it.

I'm closing this to avoid arguements which are a waste of time.
