RM20k for the mod? It too much already.. I rather sell that iswara, use sale money + RM20k, get a wira sedan 1997 and taruk evo3 engine. Performance more good.. Wira sedan 1997 the expensive I see baru 8k.. You still got 12k++ to play with the engine.. More worth. Hahaha.

btw, i dont get y u all keep saying if rebore 1.3 block to 1.6 will result in the cylinder wall being thin whereas if you rebore a 1.5 block it wont

arent the 2 blocks identical?... hmm.gif

sifu sifu... I m thinking of adding weber carb... any recomendation where to get the product n good mechanic to install n tune it?

heard from wira forum ppl tat there's a carb expert here... smile.gif
got any used one in the surrounding u noe? how much isit usually?

if others all the same (i.e. outer dimensions), then if take a 1.5 block or take a 1.3 block and end up with a 1.6 cylinder, then shouldnt both wall thicknesses be the same?...the block size is the same
so if you drill same size holes in both of them, the end result will be 2 identical blocks no matter how big or small the initial holes were...right? hmm.gif

4g13 and 4g15 is different...

As i reply on previous post,

4G13 - 71mm x 82mm
4G15 - 75.5mm x 82mm

4g13p max can go rebore to only 73mm and if you rebore it to 1.6 size (76mm), The result is not good.
While 4g15p, it can rebore to 76mm which is Waja 1.6 piston which slighty 0.5mm bore size different that the stock.

That why we need to change block to 4g15p FIRST, then only can stroke to 1.6 (waja).

Get it?

That why REBORE from 4g13p to 4g15p is NOT STABLE as gilbert said. But it very stable if 4G13P change block to 4G15p.

like i said modding NA is very expensive jus like those who modding honda NA engines..
use wira and transplant EVO3 is diff story as ur ride is force induction..
afterall currently im still a NA guy.. haha
