No, aint a bungalow. Saw this pad while 'jalan-jalan' with HM. Went to check it out. The empty land is about 16' x 75', which is more than enough for a HT room. If, I am saying 'if' got moolah, will build a HT room measuring 14' x 24' out of it. The rest of the lan can do a nice landscaping or a balinese style garden out of it. Then, build a small canopy or awning to link HT room with the house. Damn chun. HM fell in love with the house layout and took the flyer home.

But, I couldnt afford it. Can lend me $$$ ah? This time will be 600 moons to pay back. Boleh?

That;s what freak me out also. But, this is in a gated community. At least, 'safer'. But, if really building it, then must need alarm installation also.

alarm must be loud enuf to wake up the whole neighborhood

RM 25 one still have, i saw that one also and compare to murowash. The RM 25 is light reflective le..its not total matt.
their paint is nice. i will get other colour for the other side wall . if too dark, i must use gray screen already.

hackwire, I have a thread here with some snapshots in it. Mine is only a simple HT as a lot of things need to be approved by HM. Some furniture are not allowed to be moved elsewhere. But, I am happy as long as I got a room for HT
