If you have dedicated room, then of course you can make it black for total darkness.

But if living room, really weird ma, bad fengshui some more...

Maybe some dark colour, but still got that lively feeling...

Murobond is Australia brand paint ... very good one ... I used it as well ... they have showroom in JB

Wallpaper can DIY ... just need glu and roller will do ... but workmanship different loh

went to muropaint today, bought matte colour black. very expensive lo..rm 36.50 for 1 litre. i think not enough for my room. change brand later for cost constraint.

price up so much ... 2 years ago ... I bought it at RM25 per litre ...
