i think that 2.85% is within limited time onli.

i was offered pretty much the same with eon bank by one SA at Sunway Carnival Mall penang. the offer was either 2.85% or cash rebate which i cant remember how much.

there were quite alot freebies thrown, including A PERFUME!!!!
