very da expensive this one. Think now should cost more than 400k for the 1200sqf units.

With a price and service like that, the maintenance fee wont be cheap too.

Is this where the make-shift houses are located at the moment? Next to Jasmine Tower is/were squatter houses - is this replacing the squatters?

Should be there since it's next to Jasmine tower Price wise quite expensive, more than RM300 psf for that location. No transport (I'm a station girl). Maintenance? I dunno.. maybe I'll go check it out.

Keep us updated on price when U get the information. Also, check if it's at the squatter houses areas; and where the current squatters are relocating to? *grins*

squatter house or not, it sure doesn't look that impressive when you view the actual site.

ameera residences is just a stone's throw away from ken 3, which means you're looking at an area with a lot of low-cost flats nearby, although i would say this development is definitely way better than ken 3.

better check it out thoroughly, personally for me developments on this stretch of road don't tempt me at all.

i just happen to have the info with me. nope, i don hav any unit. and yes, more ppl think i m an agent oready.....LOL

The show unit's excellent.

BUT the selling price also FANTASTIC.

Btw, I assume most of you don't know this. A new shopping complex is coming up just next to Ameera. So do expect heavy traffic in future around the area.

It's along the banks of Sungai Penchala in Jalan SS2/72.
Currently fenced up and in the stage of plans submission to the local authority.

Scorgio, how do know that its a new shopping mall instead of commercial lots?

Bcos I knew someone from the group of architects & consultants who did the submission.

And the developer is ............ (oh well, can't reveal).

Actually it's planned in the mid 90's. But halted due to late 90's economic crisis.

i see, so this Ameera's occupants might end up having 2 shopping malls within walking distance.

The traffic will be horrendous.
