hahahahha guys .... maybe u guys shd have tried the phones for few days then u only know good or not.  Omnia ... someone said alot negative feedbacks? can u name few? ive been using it. and nothing wrong. and i am surprise it is very stable as HTC ... unlike ASUS or o2. very good PPC from samsung since samsung still new with PPC phones.

and the X1 also quite good. first PPC from SE. nothing wrong with it after few weeks usage. very good indeed. only the speaker not loud enuff something got missed call if go karaoke 

also the last one Nokia 5800. also quite good and reasonable price for a phone with touch screen, and symbian OS. support chinese, English and etc. actually all are good. i wish three can mix in ONE 

anyway i think i got used to PPC already. have been using it for so many yrs. i think i am selling my samsung omnia and keep X1 coz X1 is newer toy in the market   and i am selling the two days old nokia 5800  as well ....    very happy with x1 for now    5800 more like a teenager multemedia player with phone feature.  i have to keep X1 for my working purpose

dunno shud be kua... since rrp 1800-1900 for ori ap shud be 200-300 cheaper... so starting at 1500-1600 hopefully can reach 1400 by feb la.. 1300 i think is abit impossible... *pray pray* hehehehehe

I've tested it during the Nokia Roadshow at Midvalley and when I flip the phone sideways..it takes less than a second to turn..maybe around 0.5sec

The lady at the Lowyat Nokia shop told me they'll inform the people who sign up for pre-order about the price when they find out. Guess they themselves have no clue yet.

And i concur with a post from the previous page about the Tube being a little sluggish. In fact, i find the response of the phone painstakingly slow, particularly when zooming into pictures. The touchscreen of the iPhone is definately better, as i've just messed around with the iPod Touch 2 floors above. But its still bearable i suppose, especially with the anti-Apple/pro-Nokia sentiment.

Not demm slow la. I would say S60 type of slow.  But i think current s60 users would be at home with the interface. Itouch (NOT Iphone!) is snappier, but it could be the "fluid" interface giving the feel good factor while the thing loads. Just like what Microsoft did with Vista. All pretty graphics just to mask longer loading speeds.

Just head over to any Nokia store to play with the phone la. Im sure they have it in most shopping complexes edi.

I'm afraid you missed you chance, there were demo sets at Nokia outlets at Sunway Pyramid, Lowyat & The Curve this weekend. I went to the Curve outlet and they had 2/3 sets. Tried out the blue set, it feels very light and although build quality looks ok, it does not feel "solid", like for example the N85. Interface is ok, did not experience much lag as some say they have seen but then again I only played with it a little. The sales guy said expect it to be RM2K++  , I dunno if he's guessing or not but if true then not worth it. Better off getting an N85.

dun ask me la. is a cost price for distributor la...but i doubt many of them got ready stock....

Wrote a pretty long review today on a review unit I got for the past 2 weeks.

In short - very good and polished UI, awesome speakers, nice browser, but lackluster camera.
