Talking about the price, I did some survey based on Nokia existing models.
Found out that most probably it will be on par with N95 8GB as alot of online stores are selling these 2 models at a almost same price.

I also wish to get ori around 1.5K. Pray hard~~

nope u don't need to buy license if you're just using it to check where u are

license is for if u want voice navigation to a certain place

it is exactly like the attached picture. How to register the gps lock? i am in my room, but i tried to put the phone outside of windows where have no obstacle on top of it, when i choose to show "my position", it wont move on the map.....

Are u able to go completely out of the house and try? To a clear place totally free of obstructions so u can get a better lock.

Cos even my n82 can't get a gps lock by putting the phone outside the window

I have reattached the picture u enclosed and circle where I said earlier

if you're picking up satellite signals it normally fills up with green bars

IMO try going out into a clear open space if you're stil unable to get one after 5mins outside like this come back here n tell me I wil think what's wrong

i don't understand why nokia map is so outdated..
after years the map is still the same for malaysia.
google map is much more extensive than nokia map

hey, i just went out to survey nokia 5800.. its around rm16++ here, but i get a some shocking news from 3 dealers(incuding nokia outlet), they all said that the original set will be around rm24++, is that true? the differences will be rm1000

of course it's a total bullshit..
even some AP in KL will quote you rm2.2K
it's ridiculous when other shops can sell the same set at around rm1450-rm1600++

Nokia outlet quoting RM2.4k?Did they even see the launch of the phone and the price announced by Nokia HQ? (Though the price was announced excluding tax)
