I used SecureXpress to send my item to a buyer, and SecureXpress lost it, I've already fax my claim letter to them 3weeks plus ago, but till now no reply, I called them last week and they say will call me last week, or this week.
But till now i havent receive any call yet. I am frustrated already. Can I complain to Malay Mail?
