I used SecureXpress to send my item to a buyer, and SecureXpress lost it, I've already fax my claim letter to them 3weeks plus ago, but till now no reply, I called them last week and they say will call me last week, or this week.

ok, i think i will give them a call later or tomorrow... cause today wednesday already.... once this friday that means already 1month i fax them the claim letter. Just a small claim and they took so long to review. Thanks Jack!
