i actually don't mind hunting up to Banting, what's Banting if i can travel up to Seremban to hunt before.. but reason i never go there ever since is because the last i went to Tesco Banting, only like 15 pcs of Hotwheels hanging on peg and EVERY of them, ENTIRELY Qombee car!

sorry, those are old wave actually.. in fact it's even older Chrysler TH wave not the 2nd Chrysler TH batch (which consist of cars like orange hummer, Rocketfire, Revealer Buick etc, the one you saw is white Acura and green Pikes) and since you mention Giant Kinrara those you saw are actually already hanging there for past few months (and no it wasn't me, im not responsible for missing 'green tabs' there haha)

jb ain't no paradise as well, jb playaz powerness is equivalent or perhaps better than amcorp playaz! they do have gath on their own and quite number of them used to hang out in play thread before but lately they're bit quiet.. but JB, the place itself is pretty BIG so you still may want to give it a try!

the gathering has been running in that same spot for at least 2 years, and it's no secret that the restaurant ain't happy with the collectors so it's no surprise if indeed it's the restaurant that made the complain, but to be frank.. yes it is us that's responsible for it, that we took a lot of space in that already cramped place, with the sembang noise and all of course it creates uneasiness for other customers to have their meal while we hardly even order anything more than teh tarik. We basically 'hijacked' the restaurant and although we did not do anything illegal, putting race tracks on table of restaurants, doing 'live' car customizing, loose cars scattered on the table and all that in plain common sense those are just not appropriate at those kind of place, unless we really support the restaurant business there but honestly that isn't the case. Let the hard players there figure out the reincarnation of Hotwheels gathering and i hereby thank Restoran Kapitan Nasi Ayam for the great memories we had, for them to finally take action on collectors after years i could truly understand their difficulties

can.. in fact if you go to this one jusco you'll see good 4-5pcs evil twins hanging everyday there and will never be run out of it, cause the department management just discovered 2 boxes full of evil twin goodies hidden sumwhere deep in store room, the potential staff scalper just don't get it that no one bothers paying more than rm6 for the regs, too bad the hunt$ already gone from day one...

2007 pop off series Hyperliner, came during Camaro TH wave which means most 7-Eleven should had it at once you might want to try your luck at those outlets you feel yang lambat jalan (remember they received them around last august).. or another way you can try ask that stupid cat known as mchw08, not sure if he still got it but he used to reserve it to someone that will never see a chance of collecting that car from him..

the DKSH issue is already mentioned before, yes it is Mattel Malaysia now that handles the distribution directly, however for some stores it 's assigned company called Kinderdijk i cant tell exactly which stores that get through Kinderdijk which one straight from Mattel, but i do know some hotwheels sold have Kinderdijk sticker at the back. I agree our wave is really messy, it happens because of this combined.. a) because of DKSH issues we only start getting end of February b) Normally 1 TH is in one wave but Chrysler came in TWO different wave so expect longer time for us to discover next TH c) to make it worse place like Giants hypermarkets agreed to take like 20-30 cases (massive cases order would benefit them by getting better deal so they could start buy 2 free 1 thing) so it's not possible for those to finish in short period of time, although Giants and Tescos are actually one of fastet outlet ever to finish d) Jusco-Mattel is having a legal issue which explains zero Hotwheels received since last year's Evil Twin wave and possibly whole of this year, so one of our important Hotwheels source already down. Try not to put too much effort hunting at any Jusco until you guys gets an update from us.

However no matter how messy it is, it is interesting to note that last year all of these didn't really happen, we are still VERY slow that the 3rd thunt Camaro wave only start flooding the market around July that is already pass middle of the year while US already left us behind like 3-4 hunts that time, but we eventually catched up with the rest and completed all TH wave except Hammer Sled wave . How? The answer is HOT BOX!
