Hi all, anyone know where I can get ASB list of company they invest in. My main concern is the syariah and non-syariah compliant company, as I heard they invested in a mixture of both. The non-syariah company is a conventional bank, Maybank if I am not mistaken.

For Public Mutual, they give out their QFR (Quarterly Financial Report), and listed their top 5 companies, maintained by a 3rd party legal advisory body - Zico Law to oversee if the funds are syariah-compliant. If the case lets say the fund invested in a conventional bank (like Maybank), Zico Law will take action and deem the investment as not syariah-compliant anymore.

However, I know most don't know (or don't care). anyone know on this matter?

ASB2 only 6.5% not really good for asb loan.. (still profit but minimal)

can you provide us the math to support ur claim taking into account dividen rate at 6.5 percent??

if i already have 200k in my asb2 do u think it is good that i take the 200k and invest in say asw and then take asb2 loan at the amount of 200k and put it in my asb2? would i make more money using this strategy?

AHB if not mistaken is non fix fund right. No wonder it can give more. Capital growth and dividend. Like other unit trust but AHB invest in properties.

Tq bro utk pencerahan. Baru perasan dividen tu dia bg 2 kali setahun. Tp AHB xde fasiliti pinjaman lg buat masa skrg. Kena guna tunai sendiri. Klu tunai sy prefer unit amanah harga berubah. Sbb capital growth + dividen.

Hi taiko..i had took insurance for 35 years and after 3 years i need to terminate it. Did i will get any portion of surrender value for my insurance for past 2 years+..185k loan+7k insurance..total 192k for 35 years...thanks taiko..

As for Ambank, monthly instalment of 195k @ 4.75% for 30 yrs is RM1,018 excluding takaful.

And also fyi if your new loan application is disbursed at the same month you terminate your existing loan, you will still get to enjoy the full 12-mth dividend. Whole process of application to approval to disbursement takes about a week or two.

Hi guys, wanted to ask

How long will it take to be disbursed into the asb account once loan is approved and signed? I have 1 bank who will take 1 month plus and another bank who promised just 2-3 weeks.

I want to ask all sifus when is the best time to terminate/apply asb loan?

Should I just wait next year when government announce year dividend? Or just straight away go with it?

I have 30k loan right now with maybank @ 5%, planning to go higher and choose other banks with better rates.

Hi, is it really necessary to get takaful with asbf? My agent told me that in the case of death, the asbf will be terminated and next of kin will not have to pay for the loan..

Cimb bank current promo 4.8% change to 5.05%
Ambank current promo 4.75% change to 5%
