Guys, so far most the calculations involved finacing without insurance... Do you know how to calculate the amortisation for asbf with takaful, if let say, terminated after 3/5 years? Thanks..

It's hard cause every bank have their own insurance policy. Better if you check with the bank itself. Some bank also also don't make compulsory to get insurance with the loan.

Is it safe to assume this calculation?
Asbf 50k + takaful 2.5k = 52500 (principal).. So the principal amount will be reduced with each installment made every month..

Or is the monthly payment principal portion is divided into asbf and takaful?

Any of you experiencing issue where Maybank does not auto deduct monthly installment from your bank account starting today (1st Oct)? Because the auto moratorium was ended on 30th Sept and my normal auto deduct date is every 1st of the month.

Usually i will see the deduction from my maybank saving account after 7pm on 1st day of the month.. Never before that time.. So maybe you can check again tonight..

Anyone cancelling your asbf after the historically low dividend/distribution? Just wondering if right now many peoples are queuing up at bank to cancel their loan..

Guys, I'm wondering how much I've really paid for asbf. The combination of changing opr and the moratorium taken last year.. What's the correct way for me to calculate? Principal and interest payed all this years..
