currently i am renting an apartment at Rm 550. i am considering to get a Rm 50 reduction from the landlord.
i am a very good tenant i pay my rental on time all this time. been renting the house for almost a year the due date is on may 2008.
and the market price for this apartment is ard 450-550.

you guys think is possible to do so??
