im torn between these two models.. Sharp's LC32A33M (RM1850) with LG's 32LG30 (RM1760).. for the purpose of PS3 gaming, in my bedroom. my budget is <RM2000 so what's the best suggestion?

as bro htkaki quoted above, he insisted the LG is better choice for gaming, but still say Sharp is better though.. any particular reason y ure saying Sharp is better too b4 i go out n get either one? seems like LG is twice the contrast ratio and slightly cheaper than the sharp.. oh the dilemma~

bought for rm1799 from a shop located at those shop lots along Persiaran Sultan Abdul Hamid, same row as the CIMB, HijauKuning Restaurant, etc... that is, if ure in alor star, kedah..

astro will upgrade in like.. the next zillion years i bet. still a 420p broadcast and yet ppl go 'whoa astro looks better on big-ass lcd tv than plasma or crt tvs'.. geez~

@gundamalpha: whoops.. even worse than i thought..

@kamenrider: i think it wud only benefit full hd if u own a >40" lcd tv.. or else i dun think the naked eye cud differentiate 720p with 1080p on a 32" although 32" is comfortably big enuf for a bedroom.. regarding 100hz ermm yeah it is necessary if ure more into sports or live action as the motion will be smoother than what standard 60hz cud offer..

i think it shud be ok.. waiting for my ps3 and later can comment on my 32" scarlett
