Getting Started

My Chest workout :
Incline bench press X 4 sets ( 1day barbell, another day using dumbell) bench press X 4 sets ( 1 day barbell, another day using dumbell) Decline Bench Press/ body weight dip X 4sets Dumbell fly X 4 sets Machine fly X 5 sets Cable Fly X 4 sets

Welcome to the journal section. =) Showing poundages for progression issues would be good. Cos it they're not there, then it's just like posting your routine and not how your workout went for a particular session.

Thanks for the advice. Here comes the poundages with my chest workout.
Incline bench press X 4 sets
Incline bench press X 4 sets ( 1day barbell--130lb excluding barbell weights, another day using dumbell--110lb)
bench press X 4 sets ( 1 day barbell--150lb ex. barbell weight, another day using dumbell--120lb)
barbell Decline Bench Press--150lb ex barbell weight/ body weight dip X 4sets
Dumbell fly X 4 sets--70lb
Machine fly X 5 sets
Cable Fly X 4 sets

Pretty solid lifts. You're something like me, we both alternate between db's and bb's. I used to stick exclusively to db's for chest but now incorporating both. So for bench pressing, you're using a 60lb db in each hand to a total of 120lb? The format isn't clear. Check my journal or others for an example of a journal format. Keep up the good work.
