I'm not coming from finance/accounting related background, how am I supposed to know the department that available in bank when they ask me?

I only know Customer service, finance, admin, hr, and others.
Do they list the dept that during the interview.

I remembered one of my ex colleague received offer from pb and he got frontliner dept.
