Hey guys, Public Bank has been hiring plenty of people lately as credit analysts and sales management trainees. If yall are looking for a job, you should apply there. The pay is pretty standard for all Mgt Trainees at RM2.8k.
Interviewers are all super nice and make you feel comfortable as well. My 2nd interview, the director of corporate planning took me out for coffee!!

Another thing, what helped me win the position i think was the fact that i spoke. ALOT. Upon going into the 1st interview room, shake their hands and just begin talking about yourself without being asked. You ask THEM if you can begin to tell them about yourself. Then talk till the cows come home. Questions asked will not be super difficult. Just do light reading on Public Bank and their mission statements and whatnot. The hardest question that was asked is "What would your friends say about you?" Good luck to all the applicants, i hope i helped somewhat Added on March 18, 2011, 10:33 amQUOTE(LivingLife @ Mar 18 2011, 10:18 AM) How long u actually receive calls from them after u send your cv? 3 days but that was because i met them at a networking event in Taylors This post has been edited by dryll: Mar 18 2011, 10:33 AM

Just know how to carry yourself and youll be fine. Many people let the interviewer do the talking. Think of answering questions even before they are asked
