at the moment they are looking for mortgage salespersons

erm ive actually went to the interview for this position.. they need mortgage salespersons the most, and then some credit backroom operators..

these are the 2 divisions ull most probably fall into..

ive asked them, they dont switch u around departments and want u to focus on 1..

salary will be much lower depending on ur qualification ..

management trainee position means that they will allocate u to whatever department most suitable to ur preference and experience... right? so i believe all pbb employees with a degree are earning no less than 2.8k even sales & marketing dept.. but how come they offered me much lesser basic + NO commission will be given for sales line (wtf?) which they said will be compensated with annual performance bonus... what a way to cut cost and turnover rate.... im really dissapointed with them

how long does it take to get a respond from them after the interview session? they said in 2-3 weeks time but i have yet to get a respond. does this mean im rejected?
