Graduate Trainee (GT) > Senior Officer (SO) > Accounts Manager (Lvl1)> Accounts Manager (Lvl2) > Assistant Manager > Senior Assistant Manager > Manager > Senior Manager > Deputy Director > Director / Head of Department > General Manager > Senior General Manager.
Branch Staff

Graduate Trainee (GT) > Senior Operation Officer (SOO) > Officer-In-Charge (OIC) > Business Manager > Branch Manager > Regional Manager. At this point most of the staff will reach their retirement. However, some of them also got transferred back to HQ. Their position will be as follows : Senior Manager > Deputy Director > Director / Head of Department > General Manager > Senior General Manager.
