QUOTE(lolabunny123 @ Apr 10 2018, 09:50 PM) Should be able to, but it depends how quick you'll get your computer access la coz you need to apply through the system. Working in HQ? Quite difficult la. I'm second upper from one of the "atas" university also they only offer branch level trainee credit analyst. This post has been edited by TechnoG: Nov 7 2018, 09:09 PM

QUOTE(iammasivers @ Jul 7 2018, 01:29 PM) can't say for sure, my first time applying.. but they look eager to offer me. Sent me statutory declaration form to fill and asked me further questions. Still can't confirm though. I told them I prefer internal audit or credit analyst, but I'm open to others as long as it's not sales. looks like you are getting an internal audit or credit role with one of the branches. Just like any other organisation, your experience with PBB really depends on the branch or dept you’re attached to. I’ve heard horror stories from certain branches as well as head office. I was lucky cause I have good, supportive colleagues and superiors in my dept. To be honest, I do enjoy my working environment and tasks given at PBB but the red tape imposed by the bank as previously mentioned by others can by bloody annoying at times. And the pay is just uhhhhhh... All the best! This post has been edited by TechnoG: Jul 8 2018, 11:44 AM

QUOTE(iammasivers @ Sep 19 2018, 09:15 PM) Wow my third week in PB, attached in credit processing HP Centre. As cautioned by others, the working culture here is less than ideal to say the least. The head is a nice guy. But persons below him such as managers and seniors can be plain-spoken and mean at times. Also they can be very busy and have no time to teach you stuff. Since they are busy, they expect you to learn fast so that they can go on with their works. Also, it's my third week and now only I can access my PC and the system. Working hours can be long. Working until 8pm onward and working on Saturdays are normal. I guess the good thing is their staff welfare and benefits. They give many leaves like annual leave (24 days), sick leave (30 days + 30 days hospitalization), exam leave (7 days) and a few other leaves. Your medical expenses is also fully covered. My colleague underwent operations costing 10k but PB fully paid for him. And upon confirmation, you'll be entitled to housing loan, car loan, motorcycle loan and a few other loans with about 2% max interest rate. Another good thing is their training. They provide training constantly at Bangi, and the training is usually fun. If you want to pursue chartered bankers paper, the bank will also sponsor you. This bank give good benefits, but if you cannot tahan the working environment, maybe it's not suitable for you. you're based at KJA right? I do enjoy my job as I have nice colleagues and bosses, and I don't wake up every morning dreading to do the 1 hour commute to work at Menara PB. I have friends working in other local banks and they bitch alot about their colleagues and their work ethics while PBB staff unite in bitching about our pay btw your bonus heavily depends on your department or branch. MT do receive year end department/branch bonus but pro rated to the day you joined. This post has been edited by TechnoG: Sep 28 2018, 11:32 PM

QUOTE(iammasivers @ Sep 29 2018, 07:50 PM) yup I'm based in KJ, living around the area as well so it's a good location to commute with acceptable traffic jam. That's nice if you have nice colleagues and bosses. Our pay is quite low as compared to other banks I do agree with you on that haha. Wow MT also receive bonus? that's good, hopefully our branch is doing well this year. May I know in which branch are you attached in? Attached to head office, not branch but I live about 10 mins away from kelana jaya haha
