Do you mind sharing how much increment and bonus is given by PBB averagely?
*
Depends on your rank
If you work for 1 year, increments vary from RM 20 to RM 100 depending on your rank and performance

After 5 years you will get 3 months bonus

The most attractive part with PBB is the staff benefits

Hi, what would be the attractive staff benefits?
*
Example 1:

You are allowed to claim RM 200 monthly for your dancing class
You just have to provide the receipt to them
All the salary never late than 25th every month

Hi. I wanna know if there is any Public Bank department in KL still working on next Monday (10 September) & Tuesday (11 September)?

Prefer to hear from the staff of PBB

This is the culture of PBB, their branch managers mostly are the chinaman style. Even u have finished your job, you still got to pretend that you are busy. There was one time I left at 6.15p.m and my branch manager saw me at the outside, he then questioned my superior why they "allowed" me to leave home so early.

Shouldn't be hmm.gif

The working hour is from 8.30am to 5.30pm most of the time
If work beyond that hour is consider as OT

But I agree that the working culture there is Chinaman style

I remember that I had to pretend busy despite got nothing to do

There is no such things as OT in this bank. I knew this before I joined the bank so I am okay with that. However, what is ridiculous is that they expect you not only to get home late, but also come to work early. The working hours should start from 8.45, but they expect you to come to the office at 7 something. However, for new officers, there is no much things you can do at that time as you won't be handling a specific department. They just want you to come this early as the other officers do so.

I guess we are from different department

What a stupid ass culture. Btw my bro joined for 2 weeks already but can't access to the system and do any works. You would think that the manager will be understanding because of this. But no, every day also have to sit there staring at the PC wait until 6.30pm or 7pm to leave.

They have very straight policy for information access
You need to fill in request form and pass it to IT department for acknowledgement first before accessing any information
