no way u were 55kg man!! so u started out as an ectomorph too huh. speaking of getting a pump during workout - i've been out of the gym for 2 months now (uni, exams etc) and am finally free to re-start training. been trying to maintain my strenght and size by doing various standard workouts such as pushups, situps and light dumbell curls at home. am just wondering if keeping the pump up is sufficient to maintain whatever strenght and size gains that have been made. anyhow, your posts are timely, i think i'll give HVT a try after the layoff. hopefully i can make some significant gains like how your partners have made. any tips on going into HVT? p/s: u play garena too? give me ur ID!

its good to know that you don't eat 6 or 7 religious meals a day and have much leeway to consume local delicacies. those food pics are awesome! on a sidenote, i've just strated HVT style training - feels good to be back in d gym after a long layoff. strength loss is definitely there. quick question again: how do u go about increasing your weights? your previous post mentioned total volume, but should i aim to increase my lifts each week by small poundage increments?

yo dark, skimming through past pages, i've come across the goodness of oats.
am thinking of incorporating them into pre-workout.
quick question - how do u consume them? blended in with a shake, boiled etc?

yea HVT does provide that super pump! darklight, when u say superset style for arm training day, do u mean pairing one tricep and bicep exercise together done in 2 continuous sets, then rest, then 2 continuous sets...? or do u mean the whole string of 6 exercises are done without rest one after the other? i've tried the whole string at one go, and towards the end i find myself forced to significantly lower the weigts and reps - the pump u get from that is very good though oh and oats mixed with milk + whey tastes good.
