hmm..u serious?i tot i'm d wimpiest among u guys?!hahaha tongue.gif ..well,i'm not quite sure if wat i'm doin is rite ere,but to me, reason why i scared goin heavy is because i'm afraid i might injured myself..u c,when u form fails u, that's when the pain comes...and to be honest i still think i'm not not like u guys because for an ez bicep curl, my max weight is 7.5kg each side, and i do it 10 reps, with someone to help me..but my frens don't really help me sangat la.. sweat.gif ..in d end, i use a lil bit of that cheat curl..hmm..maybe i need to alter my food.. rolleyes.gif
