i heard feedback some officers don give summons, ask u to rip of the tint on the spot....actually this tinted & HID enforce by JPJ, but those police take advantage.....by right polis cant issue summons, but this bugger will say: Encik, HID boleh kaaa?, mau kasih inspection at Puspakom boleh tak?THen u know how to react lorr!!!!.....i seen a lot at subang, this polis ronda just stop the car with HID, especially those proton, perodua........

I also taught wana switch back to normal light.....i only worried my tinted....if i rip now, my v-kool gone as i tinted 2 layer....sighhhh......
*
in here (batu pahat, johor), they use key to scratch your tint, then they issue summon on the spot

I have a queries here. I doubt the JPJ cannot scratch ur tinted with keys. This is against the law of damage of other ppl personal without the owner concern. They are overwrite their enforce power. I believe if to put into law case, i believe JPJ will have to bare it.

What u guys think? ANy lawyer here????

i'm not sure, but this is what they do here
and you must remember that JPJ and police are not co-operating

JPJ said they'll start catching after july, but police already start catching last year
i'm one of the victim

your situation is like mine
sad to say that the answer is NO
i've been caught thrice, so i don't want to see any brothers here get caught anymore
i'll try my best to warn everyone
wait for Tn Salim's reply, so that we can follow his guidelines

before u rip it off, u sure ur tint film is from vkool? as i know there's some shop using cheaper tint and claim it as vkool...btw, ur car should be quite dark since u got 2 layer of vkool...most of vkool tint dun even pass jpj inspection eventhough 1 layer...dun forget ur windscreen itself already take a few percent of the VLT....

btw, i had got a few solution for u guys that wanted to make ur headlight brighter legally....

i do feel that instead of cracking hid user, why not they make a rules that car with proper adjusted headlight and hid installed can pass inspection if they doing it properly? instead of ban hid, why they dun think of improve the technology in malaysia?

the clear glass they wanted to replace me was made in china and was thinner than what i have. even the salesperson told me best to keep this and not change to the clear one.

my wife's babi collection grew alot. sold off her honda city which u can see in the show your car pics thread. got alot alot alot of babi. its annoying. now transferred everything in this. haihz. bikin malu saje.
