He2x tat is normal parts tat almost car need to be s/proofing.Abit solution u can try 1st :

a. 1pcs 10mm = floor boards / internal bay ( heat reduced from piping / s/proof as well)
b. 1pcs 10mm = rear bonnet / spare tyre compartment ( better for ICE / s/proof as well)
c. 1pcs 10mm = rear bonnet wall / plastic compartment ( vibration reduced / s/proof as well)

It juz my suggestion / advised only.U can choose 6mm for much cheaper for above mention.

already done my soundproofing for both my Saga front door
need to up the radio volume little bit now since i think the sound dampen by the foam
door closing sound seem more "padat" but it not so obvious
satisfied with the foam quality
might get another piece for my Saga rear door & others project
