if not mistaken, ebay buyer protection only applies to paypal transaction

its stated there its for non paypal, coz paypal will refund the fully where else this protection only covers half of it.

eBay's Standard Purchase Protection Programme reimburses buyers for eligible transactions when:



An item was not received.


An item was received but significantly not as described.

You'll be reimbursed up to a maximum of RM 750.00 (less RM 95.00 to cover processing costs).

For example:



If the item price is RM 825, you're eligible to receive RM 655.


If the item price is RM 165, you're eligible to receive RM 70.


If the item price is RM 96, you're eligible to receive RM 1.

The maximum reimbursement for any claim is RM 655.00.
