yup by right, throttled only affects download speed... btw the nice upload n ping is becoz im connected using HSPA at Bandar Baru Bangi.

Just called CS... they said my usage only 5GB out of 6GB... n they have change their usage reset date from 1st of the month to according your billing date~

tonight shall i say a REVOLUTION of CAPPING emerge in maxis... those who r using maxisbb and have used all their quota need to buy for extra usage~ via maxisbb account portal or CS

if not... you can only access google, and maxisbb portal~ wtf
and indeed the speed has improved a lot.. i did a speedtest at LEP... used to have 800kbps average... just now reached 2010kbps

even my frens call up what happen to maxisbb?

- they have added TOP UP DATA VOLUME in the account portal
- since dusk today... all maxisbb who have reached their qouta is redirected to a maxis page stating ur package and notifying you that you have exceed your quota... please purchase extra bandwidth or upgrade your package~

so?
before this... if exceed quota can use but throttled speed... now? can connect but redirected to their qouta website and asking us to buy for extra bandwidth~

btw... i did purchase the xtra1gig which is FREE for 1st purchase this month. (promotion from 04.01 - 31.01) worth RM28

im using my fiancee's maxisbb~ just to give a test... when surfing i didnt notice but when DL or do speedtest... only get 159kbps wei~!!

just called CS... found out that my bb is still active~~!!
i have returned my modem. with the sim kad. and signed the papers needed but when i see my online bill, its charged like normal

darn now i have to find my termination receipt as proof so that berjaya time square can check EASILY

the best i can give them is the time frame i did the termination which is 7-740pm 20jan

aiyooo~ nvm tonite will search for the resit... n im quite sure i lost it... at least i can give them imei no or something like that hope it helps

finally.. the BTS people called me to confirmed my termination last week and will terminate my service immediately...
will check with CS again next week just to make sure
