should've full refund.
that's what i did. i return after 5 days of usage. now waiting to get the refund in cheque (mailed by post). maxis rep says refund process takes between 45-days to as long as 3 months! <-- F*CKER MAXIS! |

before being capped, they need to know your usage before their backend logic kicks in.
guess maxis doesnt bother with your usage after being capped. |

dialup is 56kb/s = 7KB/s ....
