nah....just avg speed.....sometime i get high speed 5.9Mbps......make sure HSDPA enable device to get high speed........

I tot it was only for download.. i don't think upload counts does it?? But what are you going to upload at a rate of 0.6mbps =.=''.. take u forever.

How? Please tell us how? I am suffering 8kb syndrome, and its only my 4th month using maxis. And i can tell u, 4 months and i already hated it through and through. The customer service isnt interested in solving yr problem. they are trained to keep repeating the 3Gb FUP even when u explain nicely to them that 3Gb is not enough.

Guys, mochachoke  and TheWandererX ,...i really want to ask kindly. I have done disconnect and reconnect but its still capped. And u cant blame us being anti-maxis. They are just too unfair in capping. I dont download even 1/5 of what you both are DL-ing, but i am capped at 1/10 of yr speed. Can you see the irony between ppl who love maxis and plain hate it? Its not becoz of us, its the way the FUP is being implemented.

Can anyone in their sane mind be blamed for feeling "unfair" by this? With streamyx, at least the BT throttling is for all users, and not "selective". and Maxis insisted the FUP cap is system-coded, but with both of u posting your speed and boasting yr monthly download, seriously....you are not helping any of us. You are just making us feel like idiots becoz we pay the same fee but you can use it as if you owned Maxis.

im new to Maxis Wireless Broadband. I juz subscribe to the RM68* package. It comes with a B932 Wireless Modem.

I tested today with my pc alone using RJ45 connection ... Satisfied with the HSDPA connection speed but not the signal.

My real problem arise when I try to connect the modem to the router so i can split the connection between my housemates. But when i tried to uses these setting ... i cant even connect to the internet or even the modem setting site (192.168.1.1)

As soon as i reset to the normal 1 to 1 setting ... it works

So I hope anyone who had experience this problem, plz advise me !!! THX THX THX !!!

so what is the capping limit for that package?
