I think you should double check with this, because i called maxis they told that if terminate not more than 12 months, need to pay for RM200 handling fees.

start using this broadband after enter uni last june.not really happy with the service at 1st but got no other choice.friends using celcom broadband not too happy with his speed either.and p1..i dont really do my homework before getting this.i thought p1 no coverage in bukit mertajam penang. i just want internet any will do...at least thats what i thought.enough with that
speed in penang quite ok but i didnt really download or use torrent thanks to assignment all so cant really say how this broadband work there

about the speed didnt go up..simply because i was reading posts in forum

u can see the download rate i was downloading torrent around 7.30pm..the torrent is jade empire really few seeders...
3rd is upload speed when uploadin the 2 earlier pic
and weird thing is the speed test and the speed when uploading didnt match...

about the 20g cap...i have no idea and about the other maxis user.he didnt give much info but rm34?that kinda cool..

I want to ask about the maxis modem, yellow light indicates EDGE, blue light indicates 3G and brighter blue light indicates 3.5G?

I'm using maxis wired and maxis ppl send me wireless for me to try with monthly payment of RM68.  i'm in apartment top floor, the speedtest here shows 0.2 to 0.6 mb/s.  but when i try ground, it like 3 to 4, some times 2 mb/s, donno why so much difference .  what i wanted to ask is the limit 3GB monthly and what happened it exceed that? did they charge according or just lower my speed?

i remember i read somewhere in T&C that this FOC modem promotion is only 1 modem per account. But just check and see, no harm.
On the other hand...Maxis is on trial of 15Mbps HSPA+

what modem u using?
afaik E1762/E220 doesn't support HSPA+ and the maxed out speed is only 7.2Mbps.

hi i just got the maxis broadband modem, after installing it then i tried to connect, once i click on the connect button. there is prompt saying connection terminated. i click on the redial button. same thing. what is happening? any help? thanks,

i have called CS to downgrade to 3GB package only haha dun want to waste money with 6GB anymore

and have U68 prepaid as backup purposes n utorrent as well~ need this backup coz sometime need to have internet to do work almost anywhere i am huhu
