Well, it's a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world, learn more about yourself, help out a community, be a mentor to local high school and so on =).

Also, I forgot to mention, all expenses are paid for for the entire duration of the projects but you'll have to cover the expenses to fly there and back on your own.

Do visit the website for more information =)

blumarooz: i wish you the best! sometimes it's not so much abt the language, bt your passion for the cause ;P

kenny Bbiggrin.gifo you mean the project specific questions?

"Please answer both required questions for each of the two projects that you have chosen to apply to. Each response to a question should be no more than 250 words."

250 words, so don't worry, not asking you to write a novel XD

The round trip fare is about RM400 from LCCT to Clark, philippines
then i gotta figure out how to get to cebu from Clark which is reli far apart.
DEVILtonight, Which programme did you join previously? To philippines as well? I have zero idea about that country.

Added on April 22, 2008, 1:00 pmoh sorry for the ignorence, as you have mentioned earlier on, you went for the vietnam program. How was it? Do you find it troublesome to get to the desired place from the airport?
*
rm400? can make it la! XD

hmm... perhaps u could email your proj leaders to ask how the other participants are gonna get to cebu? maybe you could join them ^^. last time i have a malaysian teammate who took a flight to cambodia where another participant lived, 'homestay' there for a day or two and they both went to ho chi minh city via bus (got local guide him + make new friend)

well, u shouldn't worry abt getting to the hotel from the airport. most likely, someone from sealnet will greet you at the airport =D

and thanks for answering andrewhajime!
