QUOTE(ujoewong @ Nov 19 2008, 08:33 PM) Bought BodyGuardZ from twinkles... The quality is nice though but it does collect dust on the edges... after putting the bodyguardz... cases would fit but it is very tight.. not recommended though.. hence i removed mine and cases only will fit properly.. if u like you iPhone to be naked then use a skin... but if u want something that can protect your iPhone from drops better get a case ie: Capsule Rebel, Neo or maybe a Griffin Clarifi.. By far the best I've used.. im using neo rebel with IS skin... seems to be ok to me... fit in but the only kindda problem is, the "kindda sticky surface" of IS make the repositioning almost immposible.... means u have to do it correctly or it will end up unbalance alignment... |

Element Case
Bump into this site. Check it out. http://www.elementcase.com/ 1:: The Flip-Lid is translucent acrylic with laser-engraved graphics. You choose your color and graphic for a custom look. - The magnetically held Flip Lid is easily removed and placed on the back of the case when the phone is in use. 2:: The molded polycarbonate Bezel keeps the phone secure in the base. 3:: The ALLOY BASE is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, anodized for a fine finish and laser-engraved with custom graphics. 4:: Nickel-plated fasteners resist corrosion and look great. ![]() ![]() |

That Element Case 'looks' really heavy duty but looking at the specs, it doesn't quite match up in features. Original idea but at that price of US$100+ per case, I don't think I'd be using one of those anytime soon. Perhaps if they came up with features that really were useful for the outdoors or extreme conditions like shock, water, dust resistant then maybe it can not only look the part but work the part as well.

hi guys,
i'll be getting a white iphone 3g next week, and is now considering between a few cases. 1. switcheasy rebel 2. switcheasy neo 3. power support air jacket my main concern is whether the case itself will scratch the phone, especially the chrome bezel. i'm currently using switcheasy capsule on my iphone 2g, and the capsule leaves a lot of scratches on the chrome bezel (the flat surface part) due to trapped dust. any comments from current users of the 3 cases i mentioned ? thanks in advance ! |
