This could be timecom's turnaround. Like I said, anything can happen when spoon-fed people are forced to work. We'll see its future. Atleast short term it might gain a few.

KUALA LUMPUR (Dow Jones)--Malayan Banking Bhd. (1155.KU) Wednesday said it has agreed to buy 100% of Sorak Financial Holdings Pte Ltd, which owns 56% of Bank Internasional Indonesia, or BII, for $1.5 billion.

Maybank said also that it will make a tender offer for the remaining 44% stake in BII for $1.2 billion, taking its total acquisition cost for BII to $2.7 billion.

Sorak is 75%-owned by Singapore's Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd and 25% by Kookmin Bank.

BII is Indonesia's sixth-largest lender by assets.

"The acquisition will transform our growth prospects in Indonesia and is a huge step forward in our strategy to regionalize our operations through investments in selected high growth markets," Maybank said.

Maybank is Malaysia's biggest lender by assets and income.

Yup, the more experience you are in the market, then it is the reality (90% chance) for playing short term on 'goreng' counter. Sometimes you need at least 2 gain to cover 1 loss. Then after 3 transaction done become breakeven, but for sure remisers and investment house are very happy man.

Probably syndicate behind this stock also become 'stuck crab' so take this low volume environment to push up the stock. then clear some, just guessing, no concrete evidence.

As movement in currencies market is generally small, you need high leverage to have meaningful gain from it.
