is the engine rpm at cold start around 1.2k normal?

damn..this morning near jln sultan ismail there...those stupid biker keep on hitting my side mirror
 even though there is plenty of space between my car and a merz~...i think they afraid to bang on merz so they drive closer to my side mirror my driver side mirror already kena hurt before...still want to bang it  shd put a blade near the side mirror..so whoever banged it...will get their payback~ |
