remind again why i hate Realtek HD Audio releases??

Chrome / Opera purposely release prototype builds to the public.
Good: public can try/test and comment. Bad: too many releases. Driver developers seldom release prototype builds <-- as it's high-risk to kill a system <-- many tech support required |

in R2.50, they split Vista/7 into 2 separate x86 and x64.
now in R2.51, they merged both x86 & x64 into single installer. but double the size. guess that they cant really unify x86 & x64 driver set. *note: get the repacked version. it's 28.8MB only. |

for me, i dont download each releases only download 0.05 incremental releases (2.45, 2.50, 2.55, 2.60, etc.) |
