Dreadnoughts usually don't sound as good as Grand Auditorium models in finger picking IMHO.TS, why not just settle for a kapok?
I personally prefer Grand Auditorium models, is bass is almost as powerful as dreadnoughts but it doesn't drown the high notes which shimmers very nicely.
But then again it might be because the GA model I tested was a Taylor 414ce so....
