may i know which types of guitar are these ?

I am a newbie in guitars' world,
I am trying to get a guitar first, and learn it by myself later. So getting the right guitar is very important.
I am something that sound like the first video, or let me know which type of guitar is that..

Where can i buy that guitar ? any recommended shop ? I am staying in Klang Valley.
Budget around RM 300, is that enough for beginner ?
