I would suggest that you look elsewhere. You might not be able to get a tenant for it

You also might not be able to get a good property at that price.

TS, im pretty sure u hae done your research, so why not you name a few development that you r currently considering than we can all give a proper recommendation.

(a) Idaman
(b) Parkview

I suppose you are buying rental investment properties? Any reason why it has be a KLCC property?

buy corinthians (not sure the spelling) very cheap.. Just behind Nikko Hotel and Citibank at Jalan Ampang. about 500k

Parkview is considered reasonable at the vicinity of KLCC. For more infomation, please key in "PARKVIEW KLCC" at youtube.
Most of the units are of studio type.
In terms of price calling per square feet, it is RM850 at the time of writing subject to sizes and floors.
Smaller unit, e.g. 415 square feet, deal in less than RM400k.
Penthouse, e.g deal in RM1300 per square feet.

(For investor, dont buy any insurance, save cost)
