 KLCC Investment, Which one offer the best rental?

My goal is to purchase for high rental yield in KLCC area.

Any recommendation? Budget below RM1M.

I would suggest that you look elsewhere. You might not be able to get a tenant for it

(a) Idaman
(b) Parkview

Due to high price, I suppose I can only buy smaller units.

buy corinthians (not sure the spelling) very cheap.. Just behind Nikko Hotel and Citibank at Jalan Ampang. about 500k

Parkview is considered reasonable at the vicinity of KLCC. For more infomation, please key in "PARKVIEW KLCC" at youtube.
Most of the units are of studio type.
In terms of price calling per square feet, it is RM850 at the time of writing subject to sizes and floors.
Smaller unit, e.g. 415 square feet, deal in less than RM400k.
Penthouse, e.g deal in RM1300 per square feet.

(For investor, dont buy any insurance, save cost)
